Below are some of are common questions

All orders are shipped within 12-48 hours from our warehouse in Sofia, Bulgaria. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option and destination, but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.

You should receive an order confirmation by email to the address that you provided at checkout. It will reach you inbox shortly after you have completed your purchase. Please check the spam folder if you do not get the email within a few minutes.

Please let us know immediately if you need to change your address or change/cancel your order, there is a limited amount of time until the order ships. We will do everything we can to make sure you get your items fast. Please double check that all the information you input and items in your bag are correct before proceeding to checkout.

Unfortunately, as of now we are unable to offer a prepaid return service.

We accept most major credit and debit cards including VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. We also accept Apple Pay.

As of now, we do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD) payments in any country we deliver to.

If you would like to use a gift card or discount code against your order please proceed to checkout and enter the code in the box. If your discount code is valid it will automatically deduct from the items in your cart at checkout.

If your order hasn't arrived, please firstly check your tracking link which can be found in your despatch email for any further information from the delivery provider.
